PT. Graha Adhi Jaya Abadi (GAJA) was established to initially serve the residential market, focusing mainly on GRP roof sheeting and small water cisterns.
Diversified their range of products to design and manufacture industrial GRP products by installing a Computerized Filament Winding machine, developing a continuous roof sheeting manufacturing line, and producing a New BIO Panel using SMC system.
Received ISO accreditation, namely ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001. Opened a representative office in Australia to provide better customer service in the Oceania region.
Installed an FRP Pipe manufacturing facility equipped with a Modern Computerized Control Winding System, Cutting Machine, Molding and Curing Facility.
Entered the Japanese market in a long-term export contract for FRP Fan Stack products.
Entered the South Korean Building Materials market by exporting FRP Floor Panel.
Entered the Malaysian market by exporting FRP Pipe Fittings. Manufactured FRP Molded Grating and installed 6 machine units to manufacture high-quality products.
Supported MRT Jakarta Phase 2 project by providing GRP Pipe. Entered Papua New Guinea's and New Zealand's markets by exporting FRP products.
Supported the Nickel Smelter "Merdeka Tsingshan" project at Morowali by supplying FRP Pipe for Acid Line Piping.
